FAQ

There are three possible causes:

– The device is set to silent mode.
– The device is set to Do Not Disturb mode.
– Notifications from this app have been disabled.

As for the third item, “Notifications”, you can check the settings by going to “Settings” > “Notifications” > “This app” from the home screen.

The sound is a feature called “Sleep Music” and is designed to help users fall asleep smoothly.

If you don’t need “Sleep Music”, you can disable it by following the steps below.

(1) Tap the “Set Alarm” button.
(2) Tap the “ZZZ + Musical Note” button to display the Sleep Music settings.
(3) Select “(No Sound)”.

This may be due to the fact that access to the music library is not allowed.

You will be able to access your music library from this app by following the steps below.

(1) Open “Settings” from the home screen.
(2) Scroll down and tap “This app”.
(3) Turn on “Media & Apple Music”.

You can set the alarm by following the steps below.

(1) Start the app.
(2) Tap the “Clock” button and set the alarm time.
(3) Tap the “Set Alarm” button.

You can cancel the alarm by following the steps below.

(1) Start the app.
(2) Slide the “Cancel Alarm” button to the right.
